That just happened to me. I got super vulnerable, saying something out loud that had been locked tight inside of me.

Ronit listened, she held space. I even suspect that she raised an encouraging eyebrow.

She helped me to see something so clearly that I was unable to see before.

Sometimes a conversation is all it takes. Other times we need more. A coach, a friend, a practice, a sisterhood or tribe.
